The effects: Stone, Ice and Plant do not work here.
They just changed the material. There was no VFX like the fire.
Unity version: 2023.1.18f1

Just tested that all the effects on 2023.1.19f1 HDRP and URP and they all work as intended. Did you test the effects in the demo scenes and did you do the set up on your objects like instructed in the documentation? The shaders take a little while to be compiled the first time they are used in the scenes.
